|Matthew is an attorney for Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC. Matt’s practice focus is Social Security Disability Law. Matthew’s primary function is to represent clients at Disability Hearings. Last year, he represented clients at over 500 hearings last year. Matthew also meets with clients and counsels them on how to best put forth a Disability claim. In addition, Matthew also writes Legal Briefs advocating for his clients.Matthew received his BA from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI with a double major in Political Science and History earning Magna Cum Laude honors. He played both collegiate Soccer and Tennis earning All-Conference 6 times (4 in Tennis, 2 in Soccer) as well as being a 4 time Academic All-American. After Aquinas, Matthew went to Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, WI. While at Marquette, Matthew earned the CALI Award of Excellence for best grade in class in both Professional Sports Law and Using Statutes Skillfully. Matthew was also a member for the Marquette Sports Law Review, participated on the Moot Court team for the National Baseball Arbitration Competition, and had an article published: MLS’s Franchise Relocation Dilemma16 Sports Law Journal 159 (2009). Matthew is currently a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.When he’s not advocating for his clients in or out of court, Matthew spends his free time continuing to play as many sports as possible. He also enjoys travelling and going to concerts.
